How do I pay for pickup?
Pickup orders use GCash. Fulfillment proceeds after payment verification.
How does delivery payment work?
The product amount is paid Cash on Delivery. The delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer and paid directly to the courier.
When will I know the delivery fee?
We will call or message the mobile number submitted with your order to confirm the courier and delivery fee before dispatch.
How long is a delivery order reserved?
Available stock can be reserved for up to 24 hours while delivery details are being confirmed.
